Culinary students host dinner series featuring cuisine from around the world

Several culinary students working hard in the Barrie Campus culinary lab

Culinary student teams hunker down in the Barrie Campus kitchens to create elaborate, four-course meals that feature the best cuisine from regions around the world, including India, Brazil, Italy and Canada.

For their final project, Culinary students at Georgian College are challenged to plan and prepare elaborate dinners featuring cuisine from specific regions. The meals must be contemporary, sustainable and nutritionally balanced – not to mention delicious.
