Ways to support your mental health and well-being

Jan. 25 is Bell Let’s Talk day which promotes awareness, acceptance, action and forward movement of mental health. At Georgian, we’re dedicated to supporting the flourishing mental health and well-being of our entire college community of students and employees to accelerate success and transform lives.

You can also participate in activities to support yourself or someone else through connecting with your peers, utilizing on-campus resources, live chat discussions, self-care activities and cross-campus digital assets.
