The Georgian community and members of the public are welcome to attend the opening reception for the exhibition, Arise!:

  • D140, The Campus Gallery (D building), Georgian’s Barrie Campus, One Georgian Dr., Barrie, ON.
  • Admission is free.

The exhibition will offer a vision of contemporary art through the lens of emerging artists.

From printmaking and drawing, to painting and sculpture, it will include pieces from nine student artists: Chaunte Norman, Ekjot Kaur, Hope Fogarty, Lily Grass, Paige Dickson, Parwinder Kaur, Sadie Menzies, Sirena Chipre and Tanu Sharma.

As these artists transition from their school environment to their professional arts careers, Arise! showcases their hard work over the course of their program. We’re so excited to share their art with the Georgian community.
