When the Senior Leadership Team took their pledge picture to kick off the IT STARTS campaign at Georgian, they envisioned “IT” growing, with support from people across all Georgian campuses.
IT STARTS is a public awareness campaign designed to take a proactive step toward addressing racism and discrimination in Simcoe County.
IT STARTS works to promote a unified community that encourages collective action against racism and discrimination.
Be part of the movement and conversation!
- join students and Georgian employees in Alumni Courtyard (outside The Last Class) on Wednesday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- take the pledge, snap a selfie and post it
- if you’re there at 12:30 p.m., get in on the Georgian IT STARTS group shot
The goal is 150 Georgian participants.
