Culinary Management students at the Owen Sound Campus ventured to Ireland recently to collaborate with students from the Dublin Institute of Technology‘s culinary degree program to create a cross-cultural menu in celebration of the launch of a partnership between the two institutions.
The goal of the partnership is to create culinary degree opportunities for Georgian students and faculty. Currently ranked 94th in the world, the Dublin Institute of Technology offers a full spectrum of culinary degree programs.
Georgian students created a lasting impression on the trip – impressing their counterparts with their professionalism and dedication to their craft.
