Chef Clements: Bakers always rise to the occasion

In his recent column Daniel Clements, one of Georgian’s chef technologists, says how happy he is to see the faces of Georgian students as they walk down the halls holding their latest creations with pride.

He adds that the art of baking has always intrigued him, and his love of cookies, pies and a crusty loaf of bread are no secret.
