Wasaga Beach pumper truck finds new life with Pre-Service Firefighter students

Students in Georgian College’s Pre-Firefighter Education and Training program now have a second professional pumper truck on which to train, thanks to the generosity of the Wasaga Beach Fire Department.
Fire Chief Mike McWilliam and Deputy Chief Craig Williams, right, recently delivered a 1988 truck that is being phased out of active service to the Pre-Firefighter program training hall on Sunnidale Road in Springwater Township.
