Mould maker apprentice is going places

Earn as you learn is truly paying off for mould maker apprentice Paul Walton.

Already married and a homeowner, Walton wanted to get ahead in life but couldn’t afford to go back to school without having some kind of income. His employer suggested he investigate apprenticeship as an option and that’s what he has done.
