Jocelyn Leveillee presented with Governor General’s Academic Medal

Congratulations to Jocelyn Leveillee who was presented with the Governor General’s Academic Medal at convocation on June 18.

This prestigious medal is awarded to a Georgian graduate who has exemplified academic excellence by achieving the highest overall program weighted average of all the diploma program graduates in a given year.

Over 3,400 graduates from more than 80 programs were considered for this prestigious award.

Jocelyn, who graduated from the Developmental Services Worker program is described as being inquisitive, dedicated and hard working by her faculty. In addition, her positive disposition, support of her fellow classmates, and sense of responsibility in the promotion of inclusion for all individuals is contagious to those around her.

Jocelyn graduated with an overall average of 98.03 per cent.
