International Dinners bring the world to the Georgian Dining Room

Flavours of the world arrive at Georgian College this month and next, as second-year Culinary students put their skills to work in the annual International Dinners series which is open to the public.

Each evening’s dinner features the gastronomic delights of a different country.

The evenings are all-inclusive featuring an hors d’oeuvres reception and a multi-course dinner with fine wines specially selected to accompany each course.

 

 

Upcoming theme dinners include:

  • Europe on Thursday, April 2
  • Asia on Thursday, March 26 and Tuesday, April 7
  • The Americas on Wednesday, April 1 and Thursday, April 9
  • Mediterranean on Tuesday, March 31 and Wednesday, April 8
