Duckworth St. (Barrie) closing at night Feb. 9 to 12

Road closedDuckworth St. in Barrie will be closed in both directions at the Highway 400 bridge for three consecutive nights next week. No traffic will be permitted under the existing bridge and in the vicinity of the new bridge under construction; however, access to highway ramps will remain open.

Planned closure dates and times

  • 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9 to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10
  • 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10 to 5 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11
  • 10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11 to 5 a.m. on Friday, Feb.12

This road closure is required as part of the ongoing Highway 400 interchange improvement project, scheduled to be complete at the end of this year.
