Graduating students from Georgian’s Digital Photography and Imaging program have once again placed in a prestigious national image competition.
The 2016 Professional Photographers of Canada National Image Salon features the best imagery in the country. Four Georgian students succeeded in having images accepted into this cutting-edge competition, which took place at the Canadian Imaging Conference held earlier this spring in Calgary.
Arnav Amand had two images accepted while Jeff Buchanan, Charly Ellah and Debby Renouf saw one image each accepted.
A panel of master photographers from across Canada served as judges. The competition featured entries from photographers across Canada in 21 different classes, including, press, portrait, architecture and fashion.
