Daniel Clements: Tips on shedding those winter pounds

Now that spring is here and the world is waking up, Daniel Clements, one of Georgian’s chef technologists finds himself with what Mark Twain would have called a case of spring fever. In his latest column he also offers up some advice on how to shed some of those winter pounds with lighter fare offerings.
