Cabinetmaking Techniques grad wins second place in 2016 provincial competition

A young man works on a project in a woodworking shop.Cabinetmaking Techniques grad Shane Takahashi won second place in the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada (Ontario chapter) Apprenticeship Competition.

The contest is an opportunity for contestants to show off their woodworking skills, compete for cash prizes and get their name known in the industry.

The contest took place in Kitchener March 19.
