Program description

Three-part micro-certificate series

The words diversity and inclusion are seemingly everywhere these days, and yet there is not always a clear understanding of what these words mean in our daily lives in the workplace. This series of online workshops seeks to demystify the language, suggests practical strategies for building more equitable workplaces, and invites participants into a deeper exploration of their various identities and how this shape lived experiences. If you feel lost about where to begin, this series will serve as a guide to transform your workplace into one where all people feel they belong.

Complete all three modules and receive the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Workplace Micro-certificate. Modules must be completed in sequential order, as each module builds on the skills in the previous module.
