How to register

Registering  for a course online is easy!

If you have previously attended Georgian College and already have a student number, you can register online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply search for the course you want to take, add that course to your cart or account, then view your cart to register and checkout to pay online.

You can register and pay for more than one course at a time. Be sure to enable “cookies” and “java script” to take advantage of this functionality.

If you are a new student and do not have a Georgian College student number, you must apply for one before you can register and pay for courses. Once you receive your new student number you can search for the course you want to take, add that course to your cart or account, view your cart to register, and checkout to pay online. You will be promoted to create a student number during the online check out process.

Note: Some credit courses require a program application or new students to declare a major (four-digit alpha code) prior to course registration. Please apply for your student number online or call the Office of the Registrar to create a student ID number. If applying online, your student ID number will be emailed to you by 7:00 pm on the next regular business day. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

Call the Office of the Registrar at the campus of your choice listed above. Hours vary by campus but most campuses are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Full payment of course fees must be made at the time of registration, either online, by phone, or through company billing. Textbooks are not included in course fees.

Company billing

To invoice your employer directly, please provide a letter (or fax) of authorization on company letterhead that includes your name, address, telephone number, date of birth or SIN.

Important pricing information

Unless stated, the fee does NOT include any textbooks. PLEASE NOTE that fees are subject to change.

HST

Courses which are part of a program are HST exempt. When HST is applicable, it has been included in the course fee shown.
