Course description

In the workplace, employers require high standards of communication skills and sensitivity to diverse audiences. In this course, students develop their communication skills by composing a variety of workplace messages and employment documents, while considering audience and purpose. Students work independently and collaboratively to develop research skills, presentations skills, and use technology to enhance communication
