Course description

Students examine how the game of soccer impacts socio-economic, religious, political, and cultural views in countries around the globe. Students discover and analyze cultural trends and human behaviors influenced by soccer ideology and its effects on "pop culture". This course promotes critical thinking and encourages students to view literature, music and the media in a new light.
