Parts and Service Management

In this course, students examine the management function of the Service, Parts, and Body Shop operations of a typical Automotive dealership, including parts inventory control and warranty control issues. This course is designed to allow students to critically examine their previous co-op working environment.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
