Nutrition for Healthy Living
Nutrition is a vital component of living a long and healthy life. Students learn the functions of various nutrients and how they affect different systems of the body. Students develop skills to make healthy food choices in different settings, from eating at restaurants, to buying food at the grocery store.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
