Course description

Aviation is an international business that is mandatory for modern world economies to grow and prosper. In this course students examine the financial and cultural impact that large international aviation organizations have on world economies and globalization. They discuss government oversight of aviation including laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures necessary to keep international aviation safe and secure. Students research and analyze major airlines, airports, and countries of origin. Through news articles and recent events in international aviation, students explore the latest information in the continuously evolving field of international aviation.
