Course description

In this course you will develop skills and practical knowledge to locate and apply various environmental laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Act, the Ontario Water Resources Act, Ont. Reg. 419 (and former Reg. 346), Ont. Reg. 347, and other related environmental legislation. With practical understanding of environmental laws, you will have the information to help protect yourself and your company from possible litigation while at the same time help preserve the environment.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
