Dynamics of Hosp/Tourism

Course description

The elements of the Tourism and Hospitality sectors and how they relate to each other is introduced along with discussions of career opportunities and future trends. Students study the roles of organizations and associations, as well as the influence of the economy and environment on this global industry.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
