Course description

Understanding the finances of a dealership is one of the most important skills a manager requires. In this course, students examine the dealership financial statement in detail, apply financial analysis to both departmental results and the overall dealership performance, and compare outcomes to current Canadian benchmarks. Cash management is also an important discussion topic in the course.
