Dealer Financial Management
Understanding the finances of a dealership is one of the most important skills a manager requires. In this course, students examine the dealership financial statement in detail, apply financial analysis to both departmental results and the overall dealership performance, and compare outcomes to current Canadian benchmarks. Cash management is also an important discussion topic in the course.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
