Course description

In this senior-level course, students are provided with the opportunity to synthesize, integrate and expand their learning from other courses in the Human Resources Program. Students conduct research into current issues and present their findings in class in small group and debate format. Students recognize the value of continuous learning in the human resources profession and identify professional development opportunities in order to keep current with the changing issues of this dynamic field.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
