Course description

Students gain insight into the links among language, cultural values, and ways of learning through expanding their study of the Ojibwe language, teachings and ceremonies. Enriching their oral and written skills, students enhance their listening and language comprehension through storytelling and presentations. Using their understanding of Ojibwe language and culture, students discuss present-day barriers for Indigenous languages and possible solutions.

Post Secondary level GNED 1010 Ojibwe Language and Culture 1 Minimum Grade of 50
