Ride Team Georgian

#RideTeamGeorgian is back on Sept. 26 and 27

Social Innovation and Continuing Education and Corporate Training, under the Georgian Motorcycle program, led the first ever #RideTeamGeorgian event on Oct. 6, 2023.

This journey takes riders on a 600+km adventure, linking all of the Georgian campuses together, in the shape of a heart. This ride helps unite us in the same goal of coming together as Team Georgian, and will also raise much needed funding to support at-risk youth in our region.

Partnering this year with the Elizabeth Fry Society Simcoe Muskoka, the funding will support a unique program for at-risk-youth. The program, Shift Disturbers, is about learning rebuild a motorcycle as way of supporting youth rebuild themselves to ‘change course’ and follow pathways into higher education or meaningful employment.

This year’s ride will take place on Sept. 26 and 27, so sign up for our save the date to stay updated on registration and activities planned for #RideTeamGeorgian!

Don’t ride? You can still participate and support #RideTeamGeorgian and enjoy the campus activities and cheer on the riders!
