Course description
Students prepare for workplace and placement expectations to develop employability skills needed to succeed in field placement experiences. Students reflect on the rights of children and how their personal vision and values align with the important role of student practitioner. They explore how to develop a work-life balance and self-awareness in order to excel on placement. Students discuss their roles as professional representatives of Georgian College and members of the early learning team while on placements

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
