Course description
In this course, students are introduced to the service, parts, and body shop operations of a typical automobile dealership. Students learn the key roles and responsibilities of a service and parts consultant, as they explore the best practices for optimizing the return on investment in the dealership, and how the after-sales business contributes to overall dealership profitability. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and customer-repurchase intentions
