Course description
In this clinical course, students examine the process of case management and practice interviewing, assessment, documentation, report writing and appropriate referral protocols in the context of human service organizations. Students examine the legal and ethical rights and responsibilities of clients and workers in the field of social service work and investigate the laws and legislation relevant in the process of case management and advocacy
