In this course, students are introduced to visual communication and its application within photography and imaging. Students learn the elements and principles of design and explore how they are used to communicate an idea or concept. The role of visual communications in society is also examined.

Prerequisites
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
