Course description

This course provides students with ways to manage others and yourself in a changing workforce, by developing a thorough understanding of the basic principles, concepts, and vocabulary of employee supervision. The sessions are interactive and provide you with opportunities to discuss and participate in a variety of approaches to supervise

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
