Course description

In this course, students examine the use and application of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis in business and economics. Topics of study include visual and numerical summaries of data, measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability theory, probability distributions, sampling, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression and inferential nonparametric methods for qualitative data.
