As search technologies become ever-more personalized, digital marketing and related technologies are becoming an increasingly important way to drive traffic to Web sites. Students experience the entire process of reaching, acquiring, converting, and retaining users from a particular target market, using a variety of social media and Web-based applications. All of the components of a particular campaign and current analytics tools are used by students to measure and evaluate their effectiveness.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
