Research In Recreation Therapy

Students examine both qualitative and quantitative research methods commonly used in Recreation Therapy. Steps to conducting Recreation Therapy research, the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data are discussed. Knowledge of these topics enable students to engage in reflective practice and systematically conduct basic research in their professional careers. The student's ability to interpret and apply information in professional journals is examined.
