Course description

This course introduces structured programming and problem solving techniques using C. Upon completion, students will have a firm foundation for other programming courses, including C++. The course covers many aspects of C, from variable, simple operations, and flow control to input/output, arrays, pointers, strings, and structures.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
