In this course, students focus on the acceptable ethics and codes of conduct expected of a food and nutrition manager, following the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management competencies. Topics include inter-professional collaboration, scope of practice, work/life balance, ongoing continued education, decision-making, career pathways, and additional certifications/designations.



Course Hours


Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
