Note: It is strongly recommended that students complete or begin to complete PHTO0025 Digital Camera Techniques, or have a firm understanding of their cameras’ technical capabilities, before taking other courses. Students are required to use their personal camera.

Course description

Participants are introduced to techniques and tricks used to photograph people, and learn to capture uniqueness and personality through portrait photography. Proper use of equipment, lighting, composition and posing are covered. Practice new skills with opportunities to photograph subjects. This module is part of the Photography Essentials micro-certificate.
