Human Resources Specialists need a fundamental understanding of the interactions that occur among people in the workplace. In this social science course the student is provided with the tools to understand and evaluate individual, group and organizational processes. The student also gains an appreciation of the relevance of the study of organizational behaviour to the practice of human resource management.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
