Mathematics for Data Analytics

In this course, students explore the foundational statistical principles and methods required to execute data analysis and for big data analytics. Students work through a series of hands-on assignments covering topics such as probability, distributions, regression, topological analysis, and descriptive and inferential statistics.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
