Litigation 1 (ODE)

Advance your knowledge and expertise in the area of civil litigation. You will become familiar with a wide range of activities, responsibilities and document preparation in the complex area of civil litigation process for court actions brought in Superior Court.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
