Course description

Students in this course examine various perspectives on project leadership, different leadership styles, the role of leaders in collaborative projects, the distinction between leadership and management, the decision-making process, and ethical professional behaviour in leading projects. Students apply these skills to a variety of situations including different cultures, preferences, values and motivations. Staff development through coaching and mentoring is also covered.
