This course provides students with a working knowledge of the institutions and processes which govern employee-management relations in a unionized work environment. The course focuses on the strategic and legal considerations which influence decision-making for employers and employees facing the option of unionization or the impact of unionization.



Course Hours


Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
