Introduction to Advertising
The primary focus of this course is on theory and applications in advertising. Sales promotion, a close 'cousin,' will be discussed as well as advertising, history, regulations, planning, media and selection, and creative approaches to influence customer behaviour. This course is eligible for Prior Learning Assessment
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
