Students examine the principles of diet modification and how it applies to clinical nutrition. They investigate the structure and composition of food, the scientific principles of food preparation, and examine how to adapt those principles to a variety of diets.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
