Diversity and Inclusion (MC)

In this module, students explore inclusionary practices that support working with others in a respectful and collaborative manner while learning strategies to build trust and strengthen relationships within a diverse team. They examine the importance of a diverse workforce in order to build a successful organization. This module is part of the Management Essentials Micro-certificate.
