Course description

Leaders must demonstrate skills and abilities to recognize and respond to organizational conflict. In this course, students focus on the prevention of the escalation of disputes that cause organizational distress which create toxic outcomes and unhealthy work environments. Students explore the complexity of conflict development, escalation and resolution through the use of alternative dispute resolution methodologies.

Undergraduate - degree level level BSNS 2004 Organizational Behaviour Minimum Grade of 50
and Undergraduate - degree level level MNGM 1000 Leadership Mod Theories Minimum Grade of 50
