Course description
Project stakeholders and project managers are required to make decisions that affect the scope, quality, time, resourcing and cost of the project they are delivering. In this course, students get hands-on experience with the common decision support tools, such as scheduling software, that are available to project managers.

Post Graduate level PRJM 1000 Collaboration and Project Mgmt Minimum Grade of 60and Post Graduate level PRJM 1011 Business Acumen for PMs Minimum Grade of 60
