Students are provided training in three dimensional design and geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing using a Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software application. In this course students are introduced to the management and creation of design elements to develop the structure for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) program. Topics to be covered include: design application structure, editing and modification of existing design.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
