In this course, students focus on developing their business acumen in the context of delivering successful projects in a rapidly changing business environment. By looking at an organization’s strategic environment, students gain an understanding on where projects fit with organizational objectives. Students learn how market awareness, business models, strategic planning, effective management, stakeholder relationships, and operational functions all play a role in project benefit realization.
